Once your campaign is live, our work is far from over. This is where our deep understanding of e-commerce and customer psychology really shines. We constantly monitor your campaign performance, using a combination of AI-powered tools and human expertise to identify opportunities for improvement. We're not just looking at surface-level metrics like ROAS or CPC; we're analyzing how these numbers translate to real business growth.
We’ve worked with agencies in the past for our own E-commerce brands prior to ORIRI. There are a lot of differences, we’re not just saying that. First of all, you will not get passed over to a junior account manager. Working with the ORIRI team means that you get to interact directly with the person managing your ads, the person responsible for driving your content strategy and engage directly with our Founder. We also don’t focus on reporting vanity metrics. Our goal is not to get the highest arbitrary number on a screen, we’re hired to tangibly grow brands and that’s what we do.
All brands are different. We don’t have a blanket solution that we roll out to brands regardless of their needs and bottlenecks. Our first step is to understand what is stopping you from scaling. Specifically; understanding what is preventing you from acquiring new customers profitably enough for you to scale. Once we know that, we’ll be able to recommend a tailored solution based on what you need as opposed to ‘throwing the kitchen sink at you’. All brands are different. Different audiences, product-market fit, previous data, pricing etc. What is a scaleable acquisition cost will depend on your gross margins. Some brands are in a position to scale from the jump, others require more testing to find further efficiencies before we add budget to our campaigns. Generally, we aim to have accounts in a position to scale within the first 8 weeks.
We handle content end-to-end. If you already have a content team, we’ll supply regular briefs and detail what we need to achieve scale. Otherwise, we’ll create the briefs, film with our own actors/creators, and edit into the optimal structure for acquiring new customers through paid advertising.
We make content with the sole purpose of acquiring new customers efficiently and scaling your brand. That said, brands often repurpose this content and post it on their website and social media. You own the rights to the content and it is yours to do as you please.
